You can view your orders with www.tramontina.com.au anytime by logging into your customer account. After logging in, click on 'My Orders' on the right.
Acceptance or Rejection of an Order:
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason including (without limitation) if the requested Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website or in your order.
If we reject an order placed through this website, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
Cancelling an Order:
You can cancel or change your order only if it hasn`t been processed and shipped yet. Your request be done only by telephone (1800 110 885 or 02 9674 1799) during Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm EST.
We also may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:
a) The requested Products in that order are not available; or
b) There is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website in relation to the relevant Product in that order; or
c) That order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
d) If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order if we cancel it before the delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these terms and conditions.

- Shipping

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. A flat rate of AU$ 10.00 applies to all orders under the value of AU$ 100.00. Orders over AU$ 100.00 are shipped free. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders.
Orders are shipped usually after two (2) working days from the receipt of your order and payment for your order. Please allow around 10 working days to have your order delivered.
Shipment is subject to stock availability and this period may be extended by up to 30 days. In case it`s more than 30 days, we`ll contact you so that you can decide if you want to wait or prefer to cancel the order.

- Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty:
All Tramontina products are guaranteed for one year unless stated otherwise. In case you have a faulty product within the warranty period, you can contact our customer service team on info@tramontina.com.au giving full detailed description of the problem, attaching digital images along with your contact details and invoice number. You might be required to send additional information.
Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with the minimum inconvenience to you.
Products that get damaged in transit or don`t work as intended:
There are occasionally items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the event of this happening with an item you have received, please email our Customer Service team on info@tramontina.com.au and give a full detailed description of the problem with digital images, your contact details as well as your Invoice Number. This notification must be sent to us within 48 hours after you`ve received the product. You might be required to send additional information.
