The Tramontina ProfChef is part of Tramontina Design Collection, a line created and designed specially for the kitchen lovers and design admirers.

Using high quality german stainless steel associated with an efficient sub-zero treatment, the ProChef knives` blades have a great resistance, durability and lifespan.

The ProChef handles are made of reinforced polycarbonate handles with fiberglass and triple-riveted with aluminium to the blade tang, which makes the product very resistant to impact and temperature.

All the ProChef knives are certified by NSF, National Sanitation Foundation, internationally recognized organization by the practices of consultancy, inspection and training, aimed at ensuring the health of food, water, air and environment.
