DELIVERY
Any order placed will cost a total of $12.00 in shipping - whether it is 1, 2 or more items. To take advantage of combined shipping simply order the items as per normal and the flat rate shipping of $12.00 any size order will apply to all Australia.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Australia Post is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. All orders must be signed for on delivery. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.
DELIVERY DELAYS TO WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Parcel Post items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered (based on our current estimates).
Heavy rain and flooding have closed the Sydney-to-Perth rail line. The Melbourne-to-Adelaide rail link was closed due to damage caused by a train derailment and reopened on 21 November, however delays are expected due to a backlog of freight.
Our Express Post service is not affected by the rail network disruptions. If you need to send items to Western Australia urgently, consider this option. Please note that as more customers opt to use this service, there may be a two-day delivery delay.
